Guests or visitors found to be having parties in their apartment, creating excessive noise within the complex, or exceeding the maximum number of guests in their apartment, will be evicted without notice. No refund will be given and any further incidental costs incurred for damages to the property will be charged to the guest. Under no circumstances are any items to be hung, thrown or dropped from balconies or windows. Any breach of this condition will result in immediate eviction from the property and no refund will be given.
